My work is fueled by a passion for beautifying sacred spaces to aesthetically correspond to the holiness of the Sacrifice of the Mass. The motto “excellence in carpentry for the greater glory of God” captures the essence of my work.

I specialize in designing and constructing high quality liturgical furnishings with an emphasis on tradition. All of my work is built from scratch, and all of the ornamentation is carefully hand-carved using chisel and mallet.

John Hayden is an artist and carpenter based in MT and he holds a Masters in Theology from the International Theological Institute. Combining the two disciplines of carpentry and theology in the creation of liturgical furnishings brings to fruition a deep love for beauty and the rich artistic heritage of the Church. He is an avid outdoorsman and lives in Kalispell with his wife Sarah.
